| You are advised to read these terms and conditions carefully they
explain what we accept as our responsibilities and duties and what your rights and
responsibilities are. When we use words like 'we' 'our' 'us' we are referring to the
company when we use 'you' 'your' 'yours' we are referring to you the customer. |

| These terms and conditions will be governed in accordance with the law in England and Wales. |

| Definition |
 |
| The following definitions shall apply with regard to these terms
and conditions. Partloads.biz will now hereinafter be referred to as the company. The
company is a facilitator who manages the web site Partloads.biz. The customer who is
looking to place a part or full load with a removal company shall be referred to as
the customer. The removal companies who subscribe to Partloads.biz will be referred to
as the subscriber. The subscriber is the company looking for/undertaking part or full
loads, on behalf of the customer. |

| The company provides facilities for visitors to post details of
items they need transporting both within the UK and overseas. This information is then
displayed on two message boards accessed - using a username and password by subscribers.
It will also be sent via e-mail directly to the subscriber. Subscribers can also use an
additional message board to advertise part loads to be sold, regular runs, vehicles
looking for return loads or for requesting porter services etc. This board can be viewed
by both visitors and subscribers. The subscriber can also elect to be included in the
company directory. This is displayed on the site for the convenience of the customer
should they wish to contact companies directly. |

| This is not a guaranteed service and we will distribute the customers'
details soley on the understanding that you will only be contacted should a company be
available, and able to transport your load. |

| The Company's Responsibilities |
 |
- To maintain and up date the web site.
- To market the site to maximise the number of customers and subscribers.
- To build a network of subscribers to service the customers requirements.
- To take reasonable steps to ensure that all subscribers can provide a reliable
quality service to the customer.
- Under the data protection act, to safe guard the customers' details and not
divulge them to a third party without the customers' consent.

| The Customer's Responsibilities |

- To ensure that all details, both posted on the message boards, and
submitted to the site are accurate, true and correct.
- To restrain from submitting any material on this service which would be
considered unlawful or liable to cause offence.
- To verify that subscriber details are correct and that you have a
contact name and telephone number supplied by the subcriber.
- To ensure that you, the customer, have a copy of the subscribers' terms
and condition and details of insurance provision that will be provided to protect your goods.
- To ensure that payment terms are agreed between you (the customer) and the subscriber.
- Any disputes arising between the customer and the subscriber will be dealt
with under the subscribers' own grievance procedure set out in their term and conditions.
- To advise the company (Partloads.biz) once arrangements have been made to transport your part load.

| Liabilities |
 |
| The company shall not be liable to the customer, subscriber
or third party for loss or damage to any goods, nor for any such loss or damage
arising from any non-compliance with the customer or subscribers' instructions,
or for any failure to perform whether wholly or in part their obligations. It is
the responsibility of both parties to arrange the delivery of the goods. In no
circumstances what so ever shall the company be liable to the customer or
subscriber for any loss, damage, costs or expenses arising out of any persons
relaying advice or information. |
